Reliable Labor was created because two firms, Farmer Law and AW Labor Solutions, saw the experiences of their clients and partners–who were finding it increasingly difficult to find dependable, qualified staff–and decided to take an active role in identifying a solution. There is a huge opportunity for the workforce in Mexico to fill this talent gap. Using their experience with immigration law and recruitment in Mexico, the Farmer Law and AW Labor teams created a complete staffing and hiring process. They created Reliable Labor.
